Information stored on your device

Dateweave does not require an account. The moments, dates, notes, tags, and preferences you create are stored in the app on your device. Photos you select are copied into the app for moment backgrounds and widgets.

Reminders and notifications

If you choose to set reminders, Dateweave schedules them locally on your device. Notification delivery depends on the permission and settings you choose in iOS. You can change notification permissions in your device settings.

Sharing and backups

Dateweave lets you share moments and export or import backup files when you choose to use those features. Files and images you share or save outside the app are handled by the destination you select, such as Files, Photos, or another app. Keep backup files secure because they may contain your personal moment details.

Purchases

Purchases for Dateweave Pro are processed by Apple. Dateweave checks purchase status to provide access to Pro features; it does not receive your payment card details. You can manage subscriptions and purchases through your Apple Account settings.

Contacting us

If you email us for support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message and use it to respond to your request. Please avoid sending private backup files unless we ask for them to investigate an issue.
